I went 25/2 in a Sica fitted with a hardener and shield booster, i also went 23/1 in a Gunnlogi on my alt, earning myself 4625 WP against multiple tanks in a row.

My observations from a Gunny/Sica standpoint:
Against Av, you are weaker(possible to get 3 volley'd, or even 2 hit by a Forger worth his salt) however your regeneration capabilities are superior(yes a maddy can hit 350 or whatever reps, but that's at base Hp, without any hardening.)
Against tanks, only a double plated Madrugar will give you trouble, or a glass Soma fitted with a Particle Cannon(!?)

Complex Shield Hardener
Complex Heavy Shield Extender
Enhanced Light Armor Repper
Enhanced CPU
80GjNeutron(Adv)
20gj Particle Accelerator(Adv)
The dispersion IMO is just fine, at least initially. When you heat upcompletely it becomes impossible to hit whoever just jumped out of their tank to live, or that Aver that just sprinted to you for some ungoddamnedknown reason.
Either reduce Dispersion at top spin, or increase the rate at which it despools via 'Sharpshooter' skill.
Other than that, it completely wrecks Rail Tanks in CQC(as it should be, don't you DARE try and say 'it's an infantry gun' because you nerfed tanks for that exact reason.)

I guess, although not having plated slowing me down(apparently 3900 armor Gunnlogis are the Meta now) i can focus on out-tracking their rail, so they may land a hit, but i'm still hittin them, and i have a shield booster.(which apparently works now inBlaster or Swarmie confrontations)

Well, aren't you a bright individual.
I went 1v6 in my Gunnlogi. The tankers were more than competent, as tey never ran their asses into a wall like i did(aaaabout 4 times)
I would LOVE to duel you though.
